RentACoder.com:Beware of it Coders.Dont believe this

This site which claims to give jobs for coders which takes out 15% from coders for brokerage but their contract have no security for the Programmers/software coders/Buyers though.for coders they claim that the product delivered to the client will be sent for inspection.A coder who has spent nights and days for his work can be easily get cheated.Consider this situation If a buyer commits a work with a coder and gets done by him.After inspection with aim of cheating the coder the buyer says he does not like the coding style/functionalitites and reports to the site incomplete.Then the site goes to buyers side and cheats the coder/cancells the project.The contract of the seller says he will destroy all the programs/codes once he cancells the projects but how sure you can be he will destroy it?.No Way! RentACoder fakes coders by this contract.Also I nocticed Elance.com Freelancer.com sites are good and better than RentACoder.com.Because the work for which coder gets from rentacoder is highly paid in other sites.RentACoder is too cheap for buyers.But it sucks Coders Blood Mann.Beware you will be soon see ill effects if you sign with renatcoder for long :).Above all from my personal and friends experiences.
